Halloween is a relatively new holiday in France that is not widely celebrated. Some people celebrate by hosting Halloween themed costume parties where children run around saying "des bonbons ou un sort" which means "candy or a curse."
Many French people don't celebrate Halloween, but do celebrate the holiday of "La Toussaint" which is a traditional French holiday.

2. What do the French do on this holiday?
P.S. Candy corn doesn't exist in France.
